Apparently, we're not the only writing staff in the building who isn't above poking a little fun at the another show. Our friends downstairs at Dexter left a little surprise for us this morning.
Here it is in glorious close-up:
We have some big Dexter fans on our staff who are completely psyched about this. In the words of Executive Producer Bruce Miller: "Nothing makes a TV writer happier than having another TV writer pay attention to your show."
We are, of course, plotting our response. Carefully though. We don't want to end up in pieces in a swamp... or a bathtub.
Gosh, you're office has a sense of humor. Wish I worked there. :P

LOL!
If I were you, I'd send them back a cake in someone's image, either a character from your show or theirs (or Barbie if you don't want to risk offending anyone) cut into slices/body parts, with each slice carefully wrapped up in black plastic!

Or just come up with a splatter-analysis scanner that fits in an altoids tin; put Dexter out of a job.

Now there's a crossover episode to watch! In the words of Tim Gunn "Make it work"!
