The Astraeus selections have been made -- with some surprising omissions and inclusions -- DOD relationship auditor Warren Hughes (Wallace Shawn!) returned, and we got to see some of our favorite characters long before they came to Eureka. What did you think of the episode? Discuss in the comments!
Boilerplate reminders:
- Please be courteous and respectful. Thoughtful debate is great, but personal attacks on other posters or being a jerk are not.
- Comments may contain spoilers, so if you don't want those, best to stop reading here...
- We'll try to get to any questions when we can, but your patience and understanding are appreciated if we can't -- we're busy finishing up Season 5!

I'll always love Jack & Allison as a couple on Eureka. That kiss @ this end of this episode and the other in "Stoned" - always a thing of beauty... full of feeling, especially from Jack.
Zane and Jo - well, I have faith in the writers that it's a mind game, just like the Jack and Ally scenario, only that they have less than 4 years to wrap it up, because SyFy is ending Eureka :(
Hint.. hint guys... find another network that will pick up the series...Save me from the other "brain-dead" reality TV shows, plllllleeeeeeasssee

Already commented on the episode, but lovethistown's post this deserves a shout-out:
"...just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone for letting us into your world. Your tweets help us feel included. Maybe that's part of what makes this so hard - we care about our characters and our town, but we've also learned to care about you as people."
Amen. Watching Eureka is more than seeing great characters play out a fun premise every week. It's like welcoming friends into your living room--not just the characters, but the cast and crew as well. Thanks to all for a wonderful few years!

I'm still a little peeved with the Jack/Allison nonsense of last week. However, you made things better by ending the nonsense this episode. I guess Jack is the only one who can handle "complicated".
I enjoyed Parrish as always. Sorry he wasn't selected for the mission.

There are enough copies of it floating around the net that I though
people would find it even if I removed it. ;-) Thanks archive.org :-)
